Our Guarantee
Our shears don’t wear out. If you have a problem with a pair of ours we’ll replace them at no charge, period. Pipes and punties do wear out. We warranty ours against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. 

Ordering
Shopping via our secure website is the quickest and easiest way to place an order. However, if you’d prefer to use another option, contact us and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Delivery
Shears, pipes and punties are typically in stock and can be shipped immediately. Studio equipment is built to order and generally takes 3 to 4 weeks. Contact us if you have any questions. We always notify customers of the ship date when we receive orders.

Shipping
We ship domestic packages via UPS. UPS cannot deliver to post office boxes. Please use a physical address.

International Orders
For international orders we use UPS and the United States Postal Service. Please contact us if you have any trouble placing an international order!  For INTERNATIONAL recipients, excluding CANADA; If you are purchasing Pipes or Punties please contact us for shipping information.

Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order for possible damage when you receive it. If your order is damaged, save the packing materials and notify the carrier immediately. And please let us know as well.

Refunds and Returns
If for some reason you don’t like your purchase, we will gladly refund you if it has not been more than 30 days since the date of your invoice. Otherwise we will give you a credit for the amount of the original purchase minus the shipping. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Sorry, we cannot give refunds on special orders.
