Our Warranty

Our shears don’t wear out. If you have a problem with a pair of ours, we will replace them at no charge, period. That’s our promise. 

Pipes and punties do wear out. We warranty ours against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. 

Jack blades do wear out. We warranty ours against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from date of purchase.

Refunds and Returns

If for some reason you don’t like your purchase, we will gladly refund you within 30 days of the invoice date—unless your purchase was a pipe or punty that has been used. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

We are unable to make returns or refunds on Special Orders. 

If an item eligible for return was purchased beyond the 30 days, we will provide a store credit for the amount of the original purchase, less shipping.
