Shears

Our shears don’t wear out. If you have a problem with a pair of ours, we will replace them at no charge, period. That’s our promise. 

Refunds and Returns

If for some reason you don’t like your purchase, we will gladly refund you within 30 days of the invoice date. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

We are unable to make returns or refunds on Special Orders. 

If an item eligible for return was purchased beyond the 30 days, we will provide a store credit for the amount of the original purchase, less shipping.
